Sometimes, if the shoe is shuffled, the 1st card turned over will reveal the amount of cards the vendor really should "burn off" (toss away) between deals for every hand. So, if the primary card more than may be the 2 of Hearts, the vendor will melt away two playing cards in between each hand until eventually the shoe is reshuffled.????????????????
